Promised myself no more timewasting projects or buying junk…. But for £2 got this Parrot Bebop drone. No battery no propellers. The GPS module works OK (didn't take long). but this thing has 2 cameras and after time wasted on web I reckon they are both some sort of CSI interface a la raspberry pi.

In contravention of my injunction not to get diverted down dark alleys – has anyone any idea of what connector is shown. 7mm wide by 4mm and 24 pins. I feel a breakout board coming on. Slapped wrist time again.

They appear to be one of the variants of the SlimStack board connectors.

Similar, small connectors are also used in mobile phones.
