I did run a pencil cutter path program Jason ,  the gap between the two features is too small for the 4mm diameter cutter I chose to use.

Originally the gap was large enough, but I added more material to the cam gear housing to allow for an oil feed hole to the valve rocker gear..

Another part nearly finished, the Flywheel housing.

I’ve now completed  most of the larger structural parts, now time to start on the the moving parts.

Thank you renardiere7, I think the photographs flatter.

The sine table was manufactured  by a company called HABIT ,it has a magnetic chuck attached and it’s really for using on a surface grinder ,not for abusing on a milling machine , it was just an easy setup for the last operation and I  only took very light cuts, another drawback ,everything has to be demagnetized afterwards.
