Hi Bill,

Alco Engineering have Laser Cutting, I heard good things about them when I was working but have not used them myself. What their pricing is like I dont know but worth giving them a ring, they are based at High Bullen, Torrington so local.

Model Engineers Laser did me a good job, a lot cheaper than other 'industrial' firms. mainly because he saves up a few jobs and gets them done all at once. You need to send him a dxf.

If you're not to the last thou on size then plasma would probably be cheaper

Not sure where you are based but in the Midlands I use NRS laser in Tamworth. Good service and very reasonable prices. You do need to send him a DXF file though. Speak to Nathan if you use them.

Model Engineers Laser did some parts for me not so long ago working from a paper drawing (actually a PDF of a paper drawing) at a very reasonable price. Quality was excellent and I didn't have to wait too long to get them. A very good chap to deal with.

Just had some parts from Model Engineers Laser, I cannot praise Malcolm enough. Great parts at a great price. I will definitely use him again.
