So? 50 quid can soon disappear if you have trouble like John Calver.

There are other threads which are not quite so explicit re the seller, but where there is smoke…. as they say.

I have never purchased any item much over a hundred quid from either Chester or Warco, but my choice for service, would be (and is) the latter – just my personal feelings on the matter. Ask Warco if they will match the price?

Well I've had companies make mistakes before and then make good.

Given that nothing in the complaint relates to faulty or sub-standard equipment and that I know some very satisfied customers of Chester Tools I'd not let it put me off the actual hardware,
