Hello everybody,

I received this tool set with my lathe purchase. It's a comment tool holder with inserts.

I don't know anything about it and I'm searching information and documentation If anyone has an idea, thank you very much in advance.

Teo, have a look at http://www.kometgroup.com or this link **LINK** I can not find your tool holder but maybe some more photo's of the holder will help.

As far as the cutters are concerned, plenty of those in the catalogue but i have in the past used this type of cutter but usually in a boring & facing head rather than a lathe, however they can and are used on lathes, some of the ones in the box may well be threading tools but that design can be used as a boring tool as well. There are also undercut tools plus boring & facing cutters.

As John says comprehensive set of boring tools complete with the tool holder, all appear to have the same diameter shank and the toolholder matches.
