This cropped up on a local auction house. It’s probably not a lot of use as one of the jaws is missing. I’ll post a link if anyone is interested.

It would be quite a challenge to reproduce the missing piece, to Bergeon standards.

In the absence of ruby pieces, I wonder if solid carbide scraper blades might be polished and used.

When I worked on steam turbines they had a giant version for balancing the wheels. It had steel knife edges. Stanley knife blades might make a good start for a little one.
