We have two consumer units that use Crabtree Starbreaker MCBs

These have one screw terminal and a blade.

I'm struggling to find a replacement for one, as most MCBs seem to have two screw terminals.

Can someone in the know tell me if this is what I need:

Neil , I just upgraded to all RCBO apart from submains so I have loads of MCB,s spare. If I have the correct amperage rating you,re welcome to them. Just PM me.

Edit. Should also say that my RCBO,s and bigger consumer unit came from TLC so can recommend them.

Your link confirms the part code 61/B20 – so hopefully I did order the right bit from CPC!

Nathan, thanks for the offer – I went and ordered last night, but if it is the wrong one that arrives I'll let you know – save a 20Amp one for me just in case! Thanks again,

You appear to be replacing a type C with a type B? What are you supplying? Type C is suitable for motor drives.

Mistyping! It's the other way round, actually. Type C is also better for storage heaters that have a prolonged high inrush current (like motors!) Every few days we were getting a nuisance trip and no warmth in the morning, OK now.
