Reading through this thread (and many others in this forum) reminds me of the inner dialogues I have in the middle of the night when I get a problem to solve. So many ways of skinning a cat.
There must be a lot of minds like mine in M.E..
This is interesting as I’ve started using my Artisan again regularly to mix Pizza dough. I’ll keep an eye on that pin.
