Surface grinder

Hi everyone

I've been offered a surface grinder which I have know information on even the seller doesn't know anything about it I have had a good look on the inter web and still can not find a name? would any kind members be able to shed some light on this to help please

I can not seem to be able to post a picture to go with this so the pictures are in my album or could admin kindly put a picture on this would be most greatful

I am sure in my working life I used one of those. Maybe a "Union" ?
