I have started my build of the tractor. The question I have is this, the drawing calls for a 17/32″ long by 3/16″wide slot for the leaf springs which are 3/4″x3/16″. Now as I see it there is no way it will fit into the 17/32″ slot in the hanger, I feel reducing the width of the spring leaf is not a good idea. I think the slot should be 3/4″. Will be my best bet.

Made an excutive decision…… made the slot 3/4″ wide.
