Digital subscription?

I've just purchased a new tablet but for some reason I cannot view my digital subscription on it. When I try to view any magazine from the archive I get a grey screen but no magazine?

I can still view the archive from my phone but one of the reasons I purchased the table was to allow me to read the magazine without having to squint at a tiny screen.

What am I doing wrong?

What tablet are you trying to use? Also how are you trying to view the archive? (Browser or app)

It's a Tablet, Browser or operating system issue as I have just loged in as you and can access the MEW archive.

As Dave says more details are needed.

Hi again.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. I've tried using the preloaded browser. I then tried Google Chrome and Firefox. Nothing works. I've just turned the pop up blocker off and whilst trying again got the message "This device does not support Flash Player".
