Did clarkson ever produce a dedlock r8 arbour, I’ve seen lots of international tapers but not r8

Never seen one, so possibly not; mine is INT40:

From a practical point of view I suspect most R8 fitted mills wouldn't be capable of utilising a Dedlock cutter. I certainly wouldn't use this cutter on my Bridgeport:

This is an Clarkson Dedlock cutter. Says on it R8 Bridgeport. So to answer your question yes they did.
