Can’t access on-line magazines.

I tried to access the magazine archive today and couldn't get in.

My subscription number can be seen in the "Profile" tab, and the subscription is up to date (got the freebie to prove it). I've deleted the subscription number and re-inserted it, but that didn't help.

What's to do?

Hi,

I assume that you have a 'Digital' or 'Paper+ Digital' subscription (If you only have a paper/magazine subscription then you don't get access.

Are you logging into the site with the same email address you gave when you signed up fro the subscription? (They have to be the same)

When you entered the subscription number did you enter the full 10 digit number with the 2 leading zero's? Try dropping the 2 leading zero's

Looks like your e-mail does not tie in with your subs number, as said above it must be the same e-mail that you used to subscribe with.

You have also entered a 9 digit number but putting a 0 infront still does not find you on the subscription system, this is the most likely reason for not getting access. Should be a ten digit number beginning with 00 or an eight digit one
