I have bored the cylinder of the 10v I am building out to 752 thou and I'm now about to do the piston and was wondering what sort of clearance I should be among for.

I am planning to put a single groove in the piston of 125 thou wide by 125 thou deep and use some 1/8 inch teflon/graphite yarn that I have if that makes any difference.
