It can not be done. Try here – Eap international near Heywood in Lancashire. They keep many sizes. 

No connection.

There are kits for making standard rubber o rings using a rubber impregnated super glue but I don’t think they’re silicon .

I sent an enquiry to Dow Corning, this was their response:

Dear Mr. Wyatt,

The only silicone adhesive that could develop adhesion to silicone rubber is our DOW CORNING® 732 MULTI-PURPOSE SEALANT. More information ontis product in the data sheets (below and attached):

Are you wanting to make a custom size or trying to repair an existing ring?

Silicone rubber can be joined and bonded to, but I have a feeling the 'adhesives' might be expensive or have limited shelf life and be uneconomic for one-off purposes.

Loctite 603 which is a superglue, but you have to use theier primer 770

Used to use it a lot when I was working to join 12mm silicone o ring cord to seal doors on a vacuum lock.

3M make adhesives for medical silicone products with a special primer – again probably more expensive than buying a made special

If you look at this link, load the product catalogue pdf, then go to page 33 you will see over on the left what type of material, under that is silicone.

Sorry in an earlier post I put Loctite 603, that should have been 406, sorry for the error. The adhesive is cheap enough but the primer is a bit more expensive, I do have some primer, where abouts are you.
