I finally got my ml10 lathe up and running. I was wondering is anyone has plans or dimensions for building a dog clutch for this unit?

Well, there's a sort of dog clutch available to connect the heastock gear output shaft to the leadscrew?

A guide to the components that I made when I fitted a dog clutch to my ML10 . The inner diameter of the body and stop collar is obviously bored to fit the leadscrew. The lengths I will measure and post tomorrow if I have the time. Hope that helps.

            Charlie.

That would be great. That and any pictyres would be a big help.

If you do this mod, then get the graduated collar for the right hand end of the shaft. About £25 ? I have done this mod but I seldom use it unless I need to shut of gear drive.
