Cheap spindle DRO

I have received a spindle DRO from China, it was cheap so worth a chance, problem with it that it has no instructions how to wire it up.

The plug has three wires, black,blue,brown. The read out has five wires.

Plane White.

Long Red and Short Red.

X marked along the wire.

Red Dash.

It also has a Blue plug on the end of the three wire unit, does that come out.
