I think many readers have enjoyed the One Man and His Lathe series, which looks at a machine but also briefly profiles the owner and what they have done with their machine in three to four pages.

I am getting near the end of the list now, but I am happy to receive more offers of contributions, but they MUST be machines not covered before and ideally not alternative seller's versions of the same machine.

I would prefer to see machines from other makers/distributors than those seen so far, above other machines by the same company – although I have a Myford ML10 lined up.

I'm willing to consider obscure/old lathes, Milling machines, CNC setups and even other types of machine but it must be the same format (owner and machine) and length. Contributions from lady workshop owners and overseas owners of unusual machines are equally welcome!

If you are interested email neil.wyatt@mytimemedia.com

        Thanks,

        Neil

I'm surprised i seldom see or hear of any owners of the sherline miniature machines, their design and build quality are unique and the stuff of renown in the states. I own a couple purely by chance which are a little beaten up at the moment, i would like to renovate them some day.
