'Carbide tip identification' in google throws up a lot of guides.

It's easiest to type the codes direct into google.

If you post a picture with a few dimensions I might be able to tell you. I have developed a bit of a knack for identifying them after acquiring about a 1000 of them. 😮

The Carbide Depot site as recommended by Jimmy is very good, there is a link there to technical resources insert designation chart.
