Myford 254 Electrics

Can anyone tell me how to remove the box covering the electrics on top of the Myford 254? It seems loose but I can't see any fixing screws. I have a basic manual but that does not offer help on this issue. I don't like forcing things too much incase of damage.

On the bottom left hand side of the cover there is a socket head screw you can't see the screw with the guard closed,

remove the screw and the cover hinges upwards from the front.

Thanks for that Michael. I had found that screw position behind the guard but the screw is missing on my machine. I eventually realised there is a mechanical interlock on the work light power switch. Hence the loose feel to the whole cover.
