Yet another query !

I have just received a vertical engine which I bought off the bay of evil, It is made mainly of bronze and the steam chest comer has the letter W in a similar manner and position as the S in Stuart engines. It appears to have been made from a set of castings so, I wonder if anyone can tell me to whom, or what the W alludes to.

Has the look of half a "warrior" engine, the A frame standard and square cylinder mounting are very similar.

Looks like John Bertinat did a single cyl design, you can also see the W on the steam chest cover

That appears to be the same one. I checked on Reeves website and the castings appear to be the same.

Can you tell me where I can get a copy of the article ?
