What to build next?

My latest 5" freelancs sits on the bench completed, and im craving a new project, but what? Ive been given a full set of Speedy castings but my heart isnt in it! Ive done all manor of boilers, gauges of loco and stationary engines but nothing in 71/4. I have plans for a 31/2 rocket and would love to realise this project in 71/4, any thoughts?

How about a Garrett in 2 1/2" gauge – that's one idea floating in my head

Cold someone estimate the cost of a 7 1/2" Rocket boiler?
