      Hi All

I have been making the mini bender for 1/16" pipes.

A few more errors I believe!!

Nothing to serious but here we go…..

I think the lever should be 3/16" square stock and not 1/4" as shown. No size given in issue 64 but if you check the fulcrum it has a 3/16" long spigot.

The 0.094" size on the former is wrong, should be 0.0625". the 0.094 is correct in issue 64

There is a size missing for the position of the left hand hand hole in the base, i.e. from the end of the plate to the centre line of the hole. I guessed 1/4" would be ok. Size also missing in issue 64.

      Geoff

there appears to be another error on drawings for derick browns pipe bender the diameter of the 1/4 formers should be 1.500" not 1.600 its been a costly project so far with all the other wrong diamentions

The gremlins appear to have crept into the corrections in MEW 299: Derek Brown pipe bender Elegant Pipework. Item 1 Base dimension shown as 0.413 should be 0.419 as previously confirmed in this thread.

I think I will postpone making one of these until there is some concensus on the measurements!
