Off center groove

Hi Andrew. I make the odd Ti ring and for your version I would hand mark and file everything. Sometimes trying to machine a thing is either way too much trouble for a one off or requires cnc.
I will give it some thought in case a machine solution is hiding in plain sight. But I suspect that files and a dremel will be required. You see very few machine tools in jewellery workshops and very few machined pieces that look like jewellery. Just my opinion before everyone slaughters me in print lol.
