• Hello. I am new to this having just purchased an Axminster(Sieg) sc4 lathe and an Amadeal  AMA25LV mill. 
• I plant make or machine parts for my other hobby Classic Honda VF1000F of which I have one or two and my friend and brother have many more.

Hi. I am in Northwest Cumbria in Workington. My Name is John Frew so bit of a coincidence John F!

I will certainly try to make use of this forum as I know there is a wealth of knowledge in it. I am in another forum for the classic Hondas called VF1000.COM which is fantastic as well.

Welcome to the forum I’m not far from you in Harrington, I’m not doing much in the way of model engineering now  owing to eyesight problems, but enjoyed building traction engines and IC engines.

Sorry to hear about your vision problems, that is awful. I am getting to the age where health and welbeing  are the most treasured thing. I can still work on and ride my bikes so that is all good. Don’t know for how much longer but I will keep at it.
