ME pipe fittings

I am attempting to connect a boiler to supply a Stuart Turner no 4 engine and a PM research horizontal (not at the same time) and have to make various unions for steam pipes, feed pipes etc.

Is there a chart somewhere that gives standard dimensions for such, cone type, fittings?
