      Hello

I have a Hepworth copy attachment on which the hydraulic circuit has been factory modified from the standard for some reason. Can any one enlighten me as to the purpose of the mod.

A solenoid change over valve has been fitted to the top of the tank, and the return either returns oil to the tank (as standard) or feeds it into the pressure line as far as I can see.

why has this been done any ideas.

My thought was to lock the unit for H,S rules when the lathe is turned off

      thanks Hugh
