The pair on the right look like lantern toolholders.
Would they slide into a T slot in the topslide?
The square headed screw would lighten down on the toll and lock both tool and holder.

My first thought, but the bolt cannot push and pull at the same time? Because BB has not said there are any movable parts at the bottom end have to assume they simply fit in a slot of some description. Parts for some form of jig?]

I thought the pair on the left might be for holding a saw/blade, possibly for sharpening? Or fitting longer blades in a machine?

Wouldn't it work if the "toolpost" was poking through a thick washer to set the centre height of the tip; so long as the washer is thick enough to raise the bottom of the tool above the oval bottom of the hole of course.

Dunno about the two on the left but the two on the right, apart from looking to be far far too small to be toolholders remind me of fittings for glass shelves or doors in shopfittings or furniture.

Could the 2 on the left be to clamp onto a sheet or strip of metal and hold a tube or rod in the 'V' whilst soldering or welding the two parts together ???

+1 for lantern toolholders (minus their dished washer and matching boat to go under the tool itself.

I am thinking that the items on the left may be steadies for use when turning / threading long slender shafts? I say this as they seem to be similar centre height to the lanterns and same tee slot size?

Both items fit on lathe cross slide? Might not be for metal but quickly reduce spindles and the like? One fits the original outside diameter and the other the new 'reduced' diameter? Could be handy when turning longer lengths of wood, plastics and similar flexible materials?

They look like drive trips off a machine with a movable table ie. milling machine or engraver…
