My Warco drill has two locking screws (one each side) and a chrome handle that just moves a little, sliding the motor towards the front of the drill (to loosen). After changing the belt the chrome handle is returned to tension the belts and the locking screws tightened up. May be the same on yours (or a variation).

between the chrome lever and the end of the housing there should be a locking screw, may have a plastic knob, may be a socket cap or grub screw. There is another one on the opposite side of the housing in a similar position.

To change the tension undo these screws, then use the chrome lever to loosen/tighten the belt.

Hold the tension on the chrome lever while you re-tighten the nearest locking screw, this will hold it while you tighten the other.

The motor mount runs on 2 round bars inside the housing, hence the 2 locking screws.
