        Hi There

        Can someone check if they can access digital issues?

        I have had a couple of complaints about lost access.

        As administrator I get access so can't tell if it is working or not.

        The database appears to be unavailable and access is checked against this.

            Hi David

            Yes there does seem to be a problem.

            Even though logged in, clicking on the "Digittal Issues" in the "My Account " box merely takes me to somewhere telling me to subscribe – I already am – and my subscription number is entered in "My Profile". It looks as though the wesite isn't seeing the valid subscription or there is a mis-direction in the "Digital Issues" command.

                No problem for me either, logged in and can open ME and MEW.

                Using an IPad only today.

                          I too cannot get the digital issues.

                          Also at one section it tells me to put in my 10 (ten) digit member number.

                          That is a bit difficult because my number only has 9 (nine) digits.

                              The system seems to be down.

                              It is being checked.

                              This is a database at the subscription house and is beyond our control.

                              Service will hopefully be back to normal soon.

                                Works on the Ipad OK.

                                Just checked the PC and it now works on that.

                                There is a message just arrived about Digital Issues being unavailable for several hours during the weekend of 17/18 November for essential hardware maintenance work

                                                Seem's OK now, took a while to load though … got a cover fairly quickly and then a long wait before I got the control bar allowing me to turn pages.

                                                    David. Since my posting on 12/12/12 regarding access to digital, it would appear some

                                                    people can now get access, but I still cannot!

                                                    A message appears telling me to put in my 10 digit member number but mine is only 9

                                                    As a subscribing member I have had access in the past but for some reason I've been "cut off". Any chance of a fix to the problem.

                                                      Your subscription will be a 10 digit number or an 8 digit number without the leading zeros.

                                                      We don't use nine digit numbers.
