I’m trying to get in contact with Geoff (Ouballie) as I have some steel for him but he is not reading his pm’s, I know he lives in Diss but no address or other details. Does anybody have any info on Geoff please.

My iPad went into a coma when I updated to iOS9 so have been using iPad1 and it's like me, too old to handle latest Apps.

Laptop cannot get all emails as I've been too lazy to add them, but phone does, so thanks for yours.

Havent forgotten the article we talked about.

Haven't looked at sorting the iPad yet, as I know I will hurl it out the nearest window.

Went through this grief with Windows far far too many times and Apple was a breath of fresh air when I switched in 2008, but now they seem hell bent on taking over Microsoft's mantle.

I should, of course, have leaned my lesson to NOT update ANY new software untill patch .0.2 is released that fixes things.

The fact that iOS 9.0.1 has been released only weeks after the major release speaks volumes.

Geoff – Form over function appears to be the Ive mentality at Apple now.

Geoff.. I've had the same problem with my iPad Air. It totally clagged up – the only way I could reboot was to hold down the power down button top right and the button central bottom at the same time. It came back to life getting rid of some induced bugs that occurred after in download the update!
