Renewals and how to contact MEW

I do not seem to have received the February MEW, so my subscription has probably expired. I have not received a renewal notice unless there was one in the plastic bag which went in the bin.

I have searched the site but cannot find any "contact" reference – probably because my vision is not too wonderful, I have plastic lenses in my eyes.

Can someone please tell me how to contact MEW, phone is too expensive, my mobile is $1.40 per minute for Oz calls,although it is free to 2 designated numbers ( my sons). No landline.

Hi Alan,

When you established your paper subscription for MEW did you also set up your profile for digital access via this forum? If so, you should be able to establish your subscription number by clicking on the 'My Details' menu item in the 'My Account' panel at the top left of the forum page. The page then opened will also show your subscription expiry date and an email link for raising subscription queries. NB — You'll need to be logged into your account for this procedure to work, of course.
