She looks like Robby the robot, remember him in Forbiden planet. Scared me stiff that film. To be fair I was only 6 at the time.

Beware the thing from the Id! Ray Harryhausen's animation.

As a kid I loved that film, it's still a classic.

Tried that, only made my hair grow.

In that case I want need one

I 've since cut my own hair due to the shut down, I now look like a cross between Able Magwitch and a very old Steiff Bear. Still it's not as if I'm going out any where soon.

Just noticed that one supermarket chain is stopping two adults shopping together, BUT a mother with a kiddie is OK ???

Wonder if, with the handle wipe down when entering, they are issuing collars and leads to keep the little – – – – darlings in check?

An attempt to enforce "Social distancing" DOH !!!!!!!

          Regards Ian

And what about single mothers? Not every one has a live-in baby-sitter. There's even been tales of a single parent being told they cant take their two children in. What are they supposed to do? Talk of home deliveries is all very well but no slots around here..not even click and collect slots within 35miles (haven't checked further).
Criticism is all very well if you have the full picture.
I have an issue with my wife who suffers from supermarket phobias – literally shaking if she goes in to one. I've been trying to desensitiser her by short trips in case I go down and she's solo – that's gone by the board and we have P3 masks and disposable gloves.

Yes, this is a glorified advertisement for a camera, but it may be of interest to some:

It’s interesting to see the production capacity that 3M has for the N95 mask

Apparently 50 million/month US which is pretty mind-blowing until you hear that US alone wants 300million/month for this outbreak…..

But then think back say 40 years ago in the UK there was an industry producing 20 million bottles of milk every DAY and hand delivering every single one.
