Can anyone recommend a free photo sharing site/app that does not require too much personal info? My other half needs to share photos taken on a photo trap/wildlife camera. I know nothing about stuff like this!

Have you thought about Googledrive or Onedrive, both of which you can ‘share’ I believe. Both have a free offering…..just depends if it is big enough.
Nikon Image Space offers 2Gb for free, or 20Gb if you own a Nikon camera.
I use Google Drive. Create a folder for what you want to share and put photos in it. You can create lots of folders fir different groups.

always check the small print of who owns what in such ‘free’ services or what the true position re privacy actually is
I use Google Drive a lot but you need an account and best you don't think too much about what Google learns about you.
