It's important to know exactly what is being pumped, anything associated with foodstuffs, pharmaceutical products, etc obviously have all sorts of regulations. However, I would have expected a) the OP to have stated if it were for such use, and b) to have known where to get it i.e. not by asking on a model forum.
Even so, there is still an enormous range of possible constraints. It would be well worth checking out the Tygon range of products (Saint-Gobain), which includes specific applications for peristaltic pumps. The catalogue can be found at

Lab supply companies can usually supply Tygon, but typically it's not cheap (at least here in Oz).
