It is in the public domain that John Wilding has down-sized his property in the recent past. Many of his clocks were auctioned at one of the famous London auction houses, I believe it was Bonhams in May 2011. I f you have the time you might be able to find the auction results but I remember thinking at the time that they were fairly disappointing; I seem to recall that £1,600 was the highest bid for a skeleton clock given John Wilding's expertise and eminence in contemporary British horology.
