      I was faced with a lot of 3/16" steel rivets to install, many with very awkward access to the back, so I made a rivet squeezer out of a large, relatively cheap cable crimper from eBay.

      I just finished putting 70+ rivets into a Ner-a-Car chassis. It was quite a long evening, but nothing like as long as it would have been had I been doing it by hand.

                  I will be happy if I can get mine looking as good as your "before" picture

                  I was expecting the restoration to take years, but it is going so well that it looks like it might run this summer…
