A little what is it question.

Anyone got one of these and use it? I have an idea what it might be for but not found it on google yet.

details : about 2 in long. The business end is two thick about 1/4 in spacers with a sharp steel disc, half inch dia, between them. The discs edge is flat on one side and bevelled the other so as it is at the moment the discs face in opposite directions and the flat sides but against each other as the discs overlap by about 1/16.

There is some writing stamped on the 'flag' but it didn't come out on the photo and I didn't note it down as I thought the box lid had the name. The box has Melhuish & Renton, Bishopsteignton , plumbing supplies on it but it doesn't really fit in that box so I don't think it is right.

Yes I have one, they are from the days when wallpaper came with a "Safe Edge" to be trimmed off before use.

                Thanks guys.

I thought it might be for making leather straps, or with the cutting wheels apart fro making veneer strips.

The bit with the 'flag' should be the other way round.
