G'day!

The popularity of the special paper subs offer for Australian readers (essentially a paper sub for about the same price as UK readers) has been so popular it's been extended.

Hi Neil

I tried to renew for another two years and "Isubscribe" would not accept my password. I do not want to register anew as my sub expires in September and I want the new subscription to follow on from the old.

Can you ask the office to email a bill please. So much simpler!

As its a separate company doing the Aussie subs I think you will have to start afresh and not use your MHS details. Neil will confirm.

Having made 774 Posts here I disappear into the abyss….And then start again.
If there a way to do things differently MHS will find a way LOL

You don't need to alter your forum details. You may end up with a new subs number that can simply be changed in your details so you can still access subscriber content.

Infact you can be a member without even subscribing to the mag, we are not choosy

I would think the password you are being asked for is a password for isubscribe as an existing customer not your password here or with MHS so you need to register as a NEW ISUBSCRIBE customer

Got it.

If you just enter your e-mail and proceed to checkout as a new subscriber you will find at the bottom of the page there is a box to fill in if it is a continuation of an existing sub so worth trying that though it may be continuation of an isubscribe sub?

The offer is for paper subs so it should be possible to continue an existing one with no problems.
