eccentric /elliptical chuck

Has there been a series in M. E. or M. E. W. recently descibing the construction of an eccentric and / or elliptical chuck?

Thanks Michael for the reply. I'm not sure this is what I was thinking of. An aquaintance of mine said he has part of a multi- issue article about the subject and I offered to look through my back issues. I have'nt found anything yet but I've only looked through the last two years. The author name is correct though.

Quick look through the MEW index shows a 5 part series in 2004 if you search for eccentric chuck, by Edwards.

Then it skips to issue 98
