I have at last completed, I think my boiler

Now moving forward I am confused by the Steam Block. The 7/32 front hole is for the connection for the Water Gauge.

That leaves a 5/32 and a 7/32 threaded female entry.. One of these is I presume for the Pressure Gauge (shown as being 3/8th Diameter. Which One ? and what is the other for.

      Please could someone enlighten me

The other one is for putting a plug in as it is not used!

Top outlet for pressure gauge though my drawing shows it as 3/16 x 40 which takes short threaded nipple for a 3/32" pipe nut to go onto for the gauge pipework.

            Yet again, Thank you JasonB.

You are correct, The measurement is 3/16th x 40.

Would it be safe to put in a plug in the blank hole and then soft soldrf it ?

            Regards

            Malcolm
