Anyone interested in sharing a space?

Hi, im a welder/fabricator by trade, and do a lot of machining, and have been looking for a small workshop near me (selly oak, birmingham), i found a few spaces that are twice the space i need, but are ideal in that they have 3phase outlet, good access, secure and not in residential area. considering all the plus points theyre fairly reasonable (~650-750pm) but my intended use atm is person with a view to starting a small business in the future, is anyone on here in a similar position, that would be interested in splitting it down the middle and sharing the space?

any info/advice/enquiries much appreciated.
