                Not quite the same. ME 1968 issue 3346 "A Drum Water Clock" John Wilding and again a refresher or something as single article in 1987 issue 3810.

                      One on display at the Sandown show. Can' tremember th stand but just dowen from the steam launch. I wonder if it was because of this thread. Perhaps someone can post a picture and ask the stand owners to have the builder provide some more info. I didn't think of that at the time and didn't chagre my camera – doh.

                        It is in the Competition Display area on the first floor and the East end, alongside the other clocks. Apparently very accurate.

                          FIrst floor surprise I was way out. However it wasn't like the one in the picture at the start of the thread -the slope was the other way round but perhaps that's how it is rewound.
