If you measure the OD, of one gear you should be able to calculate the Module for the gears.
I am assuming that the gears will be Metric and Module. OD in mm = (Tooth count +2 ) / Module
Possible Module? 1.25 or 1.5 as purely a guess.
Armed with that knowledge, and the thickness and bore of the gars, you stand a better chance of finding an alternative source of supply Recently, a friend was quoted something like 6 weeks for supply of parts for his CL500M., so other sources may be quicker and cheaper.
I assume that you do not have facilities to cut your own gears, and you would have to file the keyway, if unable to broach it in some way.
