Gents,

Anybody having problems renewing their subscriptions?

I renewed my magazine subs to MEW a couple of weeks ago online but my expiration date hasn't changed from this December, and my money has been refunded to my account.

I've tried phoning but can't gat a reply.

Someone else has had this problem, and we are trying to figure out what went wrong.
