I am looking for the above, for an ML10 fitted with a Myford quick change toolpost.

I could make them, but I am up to my ears with projects as it is! Arc don't seem to do them (my first go to). There are lots on Ebay, but what the quality is like I know not. I need HSS tooling as the work is too small to accommodate indexible tips.

Can anyone recommend a decent product?

Try Tracy Tools. Also JB Cutting Tools have small insert boring tools.

Have you looked at ARC's 4mm HSS boring bars, I've got them into small holes and my smallest insert one (Glanze) will fit into a 7mm hole

Standard tool holder will do for both as the HSS come with a split square block and insert type have flats, failing that Myford Vee bottomed holder from Myford(RDG) will hopefully fit your Dickson type post

If you do decide to go with the 4mm ones then heed the note about not overtightening the holder, it is made quite thin to suit the smaller lathes tool post slot and height and can get damaged when a big screw and long lever get involved.
