Spark Erosion

Has anyone got a spark erosion tool that I could use. I need to make some 1:12 scale extrusion dies this involve making a shape that will fit inside a 3/8 circle and cut down 0.125" of steel. I have made 10 blanks they are 0.833" dia 0.125" thick. I will make the electrodes. For notes on my project see http://www.boscott.co.uk Thank you for your time Paul Boscott

Paul. Some nice work on your site. Have you searched for spark eroder designs? There are some pretty simple ones that should be a doddle for somone of your skill to make. You must have seen the one on the SMEE stand at Sandown.
