Hi

as part of clearing out my dads stuff he has several lathes and other related tools (South west Scotland) that need to go

Can anybody on here suggest a dealer/place where I might be able to sell them (Ayr/Stranraer area) or even get them valued

Try and find your local Model Engineering club for a more honest answer. Lot of 'garage dealers' around these days who will pick it up and bung it on ebay. The club should at least give you an idea what the bits are if you don't know and then you can have a look on ebay to see what things go for.
