Pipe/Tube bender

Some time ago in ME or MEW there was a construction article about a 3 wheel tube bender for small size tubes consisting of a base plate and various grooved wheels. The article title was to do with locomotive pipework as I remember. I have searched the indexes but have not been able to find it. Can someone provide me with an issue numer for its location.

There was a two-parter in MEW 94 and 95 back in 2003, this was Ian Hunt's prize-winning design from the ME Ex, but I think there was a later, simpler one, but like you I can't find it.

However I seem to remember I passed it on to someone, so will check my saved emails and see if it's there.

There are pipe benders in MEW issue 33, issue 83, and issue 166.

Using MEW_Index ***LINK*** I find there are information related to pipe OR tube and for the search I used as criteria those two words.
issue title
33 – Tube bending
83 – Hend pipe bender
