Mystery milling machine quick change tool

Another mill themed identification thread! This time however its an entirely blank 30 taper to ??? tool system, fished out of a bin.  1 x 30 taper weldon shank holder unrelated?, 1 x 30 taper tool holder, along with its 1 x shell mill holder, 3 x tiny weldon shank holder, 2 x clarkson collet chucks, 2 x straight bore collets, 1 x holder for the non crawford collets, morse taper adaptor, a bunch of crawford collets, and some boring bar esque bit holders. Clearly someone put a lot of love into this set. Need to give it all a big polish and make a spanner for the holder but does anyone recognise it?
